The Challenge
This is a story based around The Asylum Challenge for The Sims 2. I've followed most of the rules, but I've made some modifications here and there. Since I had two specific Sims in mind for the controllables, I didn't roll for their Aspiration, but instead picked it out myself. I also took advantage of Primary/Secondary Aspirations in what I think is a rather amusing way. . . Let me show you the breakdown for each house:
Houndsditch Home
- Victor Van Dort: Knowledge Sim, Pisces (5 Sloppy/Neat, 2 Shy, 7 Active, 3 Serious, 8 Nice)
- Tim: Family/Grilled Cheese Sim, Pisces (5 Sloppy/Neat, 3 Shy, 7 Active, 3 Serious, 7 Nice)
- Mike: Fortune/Grilled Cheese Sim, Virgo (9 Neat, 2 Shy, 6 Active, 3 Serious, 5 Grouchy/Nice)
- Johnny: Family/Grilled Cheese Sim, Aquarius (4 Sloppy, 4 Shy, 4 Lazy, 7 Playful, 6 Nice)
- Paul: Popularity/Grilled Cheese Sim, Capricorn (7 Neat, 4 Shy, 1 Lazy, 8 Playful, 5 Grouchy/Nice)
- Albert: Pleasure/Grilled Cheese Sim, Virgo (9 Neat, 2 Shy, 6 Active, 3 Serious, 5 Grouchy/Nice)
- Chris: Romance/Grilled Cheese Sim, Libra (2 Sloppy, 8 Outgoing, 2 Lazy, 6 Playful, 7 Nice)
- Danny: Knowledge/Grilled Cheese Sim, Gemini (4 Sloppy, 7 Outgoing, 8 Active, 3 Serious, 3 Grouchy)
Rutledge Asylum
- Alice Liddell: Knowledge Sim, Sagittarius (2 Sloppy, 4 Shy, 7 Active, 6 Playful, 6 Nice)
- American: Popularity/Grilled Cheese Sim, Capricorn (7 Neat, 4 Shy, 1 Lazy, 8 Playful, 5 Grouchy/Nice)
- Susie: Pleasure/Grilled Cheese Sim, Libra (2 Sloppy, 8 Outgoing, 2 Lazy, 6 Playful, 7 Nice)
- Donna: Popularity/Grilled Cheese Sim, Leo (4 Sloppy, 10 Outgoing, 4 Lazy, 4 Serious, 3 Grouchy)
- Carole: Family/Grilled Cheese Sim, Aquarius (4 Sloppy, 4 Shy, 4 Lazy, 7 Playful, 6 Nice)
- Joy: Romance/Grilled Cheese Sim, Scorpio (6 Neat, 5 Shy/Outgoing, 8 Active, 3 Serious, 3 Grouchy)
- Julie: Family/Grilled Cheese Sim, Virgo (9 Neat, 2 Shy, 6 Active, 3 Serious, 5 Grouchy/Nice)
- Laura: Fortune/Grilled Cheese Sim, Sagittarius (2 Sloppy, 3 Shy, 9 Active, 7 Playful, 4 Grouchy)
Yes, I did make every "crazy" Sim a Grilled Cheese Sim for their secondary. XD I was thinking about what a shame it was I couldn't put any Grilled Cheeses into an asylum -- and the I remembered you could choose it for a secondary Aspiration. The rest of their Lifetime Benefits points went into the career track benefits, where they'll be safely useless. Speaking of which, I'm altering the scoring a bit to provide an extra point for each Lifetime Benefit point gained by the household members. Hey, if we think of the Lifetime Aspiration meter as a way to self-actualization, then anything that shows its going up is worthy of reward, right?
Anyway, I hope you enjoy my take on the Asylum Challenge. The plot kind of came out of nowhere, but I'll do my best to make it entertaining. Have fun!
